These booking conditions are made subject to the following conditions and receipt of the booking fee confirms that the client understands and accepts these conditions. In the event of a dispute they will be quoted to you.
When booking has been accepted, client shall pay £150 per week which will go towards the cost of the clients’ holiday. We can accept no responsibility for any delays in receipt of the deposit or the confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 (ten) weeks before departure.
If clients cancel the holiday or we have to cancel the arrangements due to the clients failure to pay the balance due within the time allowed before departure, the cancellation charges will be as follows:-

We, the owners, strongly advise that the client take out adequate insurance to cover possible cancellation as soon as booking is confirmed. We cannot accept liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, delays, loss of luggage/personal effect or any other misadventure which may occur whilst renting our accommodation. Under no circumstances are firearms of any description allowed on our premises.
Groups must be of the size specified on the booking form, to a maximum of eight plus infant. Failure to comply with this will render the booking void. Your security deposit will also be forfeited if the villa is over accommodated. Pets and smoking are strictly not permitted in our home. Failure to comply will result in loss of Security Deposit and incur extra charges to deep clean and spray..
You must ensure that children are not left alone in the accommodation at any time. Children are required to be supervised at all times when using the pool or on the pool deck area. The owners, their servants or agents will not accept responsibility for any loss or personal injury incurred from using the pool or its surrounding areas. You must ensure all door access to the pool area is kept closed at all times whilst children are in residence. Please note that it is an offence under Florida Law for anyone to tamper with, or disconnect the installed pool alarms.
During your stay, access may be required for maintenance by our Management Company and other authorised personnel. It is expected you will give reasonable access to such personnel. Should any problem occur during your stay, you must notify our management company immediately.
The owner or their agents accept no liability for loss of mains services or failure of appliances or of any actions taken in the vicinity of the property by any authority or third party persons beyond their control.
As owners of the property, we, our servants or agents, will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, war or the threat of war, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather, problems to transport, aircraft, closure of airports, or any other event beyond the owner’s control.
This Contract is subject to and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain and all parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Courts.
