After browsing literally hundreds of villas on line, we settled on this one due to the location, and the prompt and friendly response from owners Ely & Dave. We were not disappointed with our choice. The location of the villa is ideal if you are homing in on Disney (who isn't!!). It really is just 10 minutes from the Disney entrance. There is a huge Wal-mart about 10mins away by car for all provisions, and some other local shops nearby for quick replenishing of milk etc. The villa will not disappoint ~ spacious and in very good condition. It was sparkling clean on our arrival (and hopefully found to be so on our departure). We included the hot tub in our booking which was great after a day at the parks. The swimming pool was ideal, although there is not much space around it if the whole family is there at the same time, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of this superb villa. ~ Highly recommended.
